Problem/Opportunity

There is a lack of a comprehensive end to end system where users can avail travel related services. The existing website is managed by an external vendor which the management wishes to bring in-house. There is a lack of a CRM software where internal customer service agents can use to liase with their customers. 

Outcome

Development of a cross platform mobile app and associated backend systems which helped increase the customer base by 30%. Also the entire IT development and maintenance was brought inhouse that brought about efficiency by 25%. Also a CRM was implemented where operations of internal users could be done and also measured.

Execution

Interim CTO contract was drawn up where the responsibility was to bring the IT operations inhouse. Separate teams was managed by the CTO to develop the cross-platform mobile App which was developed using React Native technology. The CTO also managed the impementation of a vTiger CRM where the CRM related activities where implemented.
