Val-More is helping with the complete due diligence of Enventure Investments buy out of Axis Clinicals, the latter a Clinical Research Organization in the US. Deductiveclouds conducted the IT due diligence of this effort as Val-More’s technology partner.

Outcome

Created a completed IT due diligence report spanning hardware, software, infrastructure, processes, personnel and assets. Identified areas to harden against vulnerabilities, improve tooling/process efficiencies and make strategic investments like AI to give sustained competitive advantage.

Execution

Conducted an in-depth assessment in the areas of hardware assets, networking infrastructure, team skills, operational software, operational processes, data security, business continuity. Produced a comprehensive report which would segue into a product/process roadmap and AI initiatives.
