Problem/Opportunity

The company wishes to buy out another company in the Logistics space to increase its offerings. The TDD would involve a 360 deg view of the procured company and laying out a future roadmap. The study also would include a comparative analysis of various products in the same space.

Outcome

We analyzed various competitive products and used scoring mechanisms to evaluate the product vs competitors. A fitment analysis on specific client use cases to the products being procured was done. A complete detailed technical analysis of the products were performed and documented. A future tech/product roadmap was also conducted and presented.

Execution

By means of organizing meetings and demos with vendors in the competitive landscape. Understanding the technical architecture and stack and using the DCs proprietary framework for compiling the TDD. Formation of a core group of business users to formulate a list of projects and prioritization.
