Problem/Opportunity
The edtech market in India was booming as a lot of classes were being conducted online due to Covid. Players like Byju were poised to make big inroads in the coaching space, but there was still room for smaller players in Tier 2 and 3 towns i.e. where physical contact classes were giving way to online classes. They needed a software platform to get into that space and deliver differentiating features.
Outcome
Created a product roadmap based on features garnered from analyzing the best of the breed software in that space. Also advised on process workflows and value-added/differentiating capabilities to build into the platform. Also gave them a project plan, budget and timeline to implement the same.
Execution
Allowed them to create a proposal for building their platform and present it to their promoters.
