Absence of a cost-effective, end-to-end salon/spa management platform is impeding scaling and profitability for many salons/spas across geographies.

Outcome

Developed a multi-tenanted SaaS portal which helped increase the customer base by 20% and operational efficiency by 30%. The latter in terms of cost reduction, waste reduction, optimized scheduling and better customer relationship management.

Execution

Single-page web application which used the node/react stack to deliver micro-services/user-interface with a postgres backend for persistence. Added an analytics layer which led to a richer dataset and better business insights.
